Introduction to Paris with dinner at the Michelin star restaurant “Jules Vernes”, on 2nd floor of Eiffel Tower.
Day 2: Wednesday 11th November
Departure from Paris with private chauffeurs for Champagne region (Mercedes 8 seater vans).
Visits:

Exclusive visit of 8th generation owned Champagne house, Billecart-Salmon with the visit of their 10 miles underground cellar, winemaking process and tasting of their Grands Crus flagship champaigns.

Visit of Jean Dauvissat, Chablis 1er & Grand cru producer.
Food Experiences & Lodging

Lunch in the vineyard at the most expensive acre plot in Eperney “Clos Saint Hilaire”.

Diner in Chablis at Winenot restaurant.

Hotel check in, 5* Hostellerie du Cedre hotel & Spa.
Day 3: Thursday 12th of November
Visits:

Visit of Hospices de Beaune.

Tour in the vines of Clos de Vougeot vineyards and Romanée Conti.

Visit and tasting of Domaine Francoise Andre, savigny les Beaunes.
Food Experiences:

Lunch in Gevrey Chambertin.

Dinner in Beaune at winery Domaine Francoise Andre.
Day 4: Friday 13th of November:
Visits:

Tasting directly from the barrels at Hospices de Beaune with Burgundy winemaker.

Visit with Negociant Prestige Grands Vins de France, Patricia Corcia. Winemaker who will curate our barrels from Hospices de Beaunes.

Visit of Domaine Chapuis, Corton.
Food Experiences:

Lunch in Savigny les Beaunes with owner/winemaker of Domaine Lequin.

Diner at Michelin star restaurant « Le Charlemagne ».
Day 5: Saturday 14th of November
Visits:

SPA at hotel Le Cedre.

Cooking class and Lunch at Cook’s Atelier in Beaune.

Visit and Tasting at Jean Baptiste Jessiaume winery in Santenay.
Food Experiences:

Dinner in Beaune at local restaurant Bernard L’Oiseau or Table du Square.
Day 6: Sunday 15th of November
Visits:

Visit Beaune.

Wine auction of the Hospice de Beaune.

Free time in Beaune (Afternoon).

During the auction only 2 people can be with us at a time. We will be doing a rotation every 45 minutes so everyone can participate. There will be plenty of festivities and shopping in Beaune’s city center this day, as it is Burgundy’s largest annual event. So there will be plenty of entertainment for those both inside and outside of the auction.

Day 7: Monday 16th of November
Visits:

Dijon mustard making class.

Drive back to Paris, end of the tour.
