What’s Included in Your Journey
Once the tour officially launches, your experience is entirely seamless. We handle the details so you can immerse yourself fully in the journey.
What is Included:
All-Inclusive On-the-Ground Luxury: All curated château tastings, private tours, fine dining experiences, local luxury transport, and premium accommodations throughout the duration of the tour are completely covered.
What is Not Included:
Airfare: Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from France.
Personal Discretionary Expenses: Independent shopping, optional spa treatments, and personal tips/gratuities are not included.
Reservation Deposit
To secure your exclusive seat on the tour, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Spaces are strictly limited to maintain an intimate, small-group experience.
Payment Schedule
First Installment: 50% of the remaining balance is due by September 30.
Final Balance: The remaining final balance must be settled in full by [Insert Date, e.g., January 15 / 90 days prior to departure].
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because our itineraries involve highly curated, exclusive bookings with our château partners, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Generous Window: Cancellations and refund requests are fully honored up to 6 months prior to the departure date.
Final Commitment: After the 6-month marker, all payments become non-refundable, as all local accommodations, private tastings, and transport will be finalized.
Recommendation: We highly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment against unforeseen circumstances.
